Ansasol S.L. is a company specialising in the development of photovoltaic solar energy projects and installations. We have a solid track record backed by more than twenty years of experience in the Spanish photovoltaic market and more than twenty-two years in the renewable energy sector in Germany, which gives us an international vision and in-depth technical knowledge of the sector.
Our main activity focuses on the comprehensive development of photovoltaic installations, covering all phases of the project. We offer a complete service that includes the initial study and design, administrative procedures, installation assembly, commissioning and subsequent maintenance, thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency and reliability for each project.
We have a highly qualified in-house engineering department that is responsible for technical planning, permit management and project execution. This team works closely with our R&D department, which is responsible for researching, developing and evaluating new products and technological solutions with the aim of optimising the performance and sustainability of our facilities.
This synergy between engineering and development has given rise to a highly specialised multidisciplinary team that is committed to innovation and the use of the latest technologies to carry out pioneering, sustainable, viable and efficient projects, actively contributing to the transition towards a cleaner and more responsible energy model.

MILESTONES
During its 20-year history, Ansasol has consolidated its evolution marked by key milestones that reflect its capacity for adaptation, growth and leadership in the energy sector. From the execution of projects in industrial warehouses to the development, processing and construction of large photovoltaic plants in Spain, the company has participated in more than 30 projects, many of which are pioneering in terms of their size and innovative approach. These milestones attest to Ansasol’s experience and its ongoing commitment to the development of renewable energies and the energy transition.
2005. Establishment of the company.
Creation of the Ansasol company in Germany.
Start of the company’s activity in the Spanish market.
Development and implementation of technical and construction solutions in industrial buildings, with installations carried out in various industrial estates in Andalusia, such as the ‘La Candelaria’ Industrial Estate (Colmenar) in Malaga, Cortijo Real in Algeciras (Cadiz) and the Juncaril Industrial Estate in Peligros (Granada), among others, consolidating the company’s experience in industrial environments.
2008. First floor above ground level
Construction of the first ground-mounted photovoltaic plants in Spain.
Execution of the first ground-mounted photovoltaic plant projects in Spain, with actions in different locations such as Bermejón I and Cortijo El Cura in Málaga; Alhonoz and Los Palacios in Seville; and Cordobilla in Córdoba, marking a key step in the expansion and consolidation of the company’s activity in the Spanish photovoltaic sector.
2012. Processing of large photovoltaic parks
Management and administrative processing of large high-power photovoltaic parks, participating in strategic projects such as Don Rodrigo (180 MWp), Guillena (122 MWp) and Puerto Real I (133 MWp), demonstrating the company’s ability to tackle large-scale and highly complex developments.
2017. The first major installation
Don Rodrigo Project.
Development and construction of the first large ground-mounted photovoltaic installation carried out by a Spanish company, becoming at the time the largest plant of its kind in Spain. The project marked a milestone in the sector as it was executed without premiums or subsidies, demonstrating the viability and maturity of the photovoltaic market in a fully competitive environment.
2020. Continued growth
Start of construction and connection to the grid of photovoltaic plants.
Start of construction of various photovoltaic plants, such as the Puerto Real project, together with the completion and connection to the electricity grid of the Guillena plant, consolidating the progress of the projects and their entry into operation within the national electricity system.
Launch of the Hydron brand (+information) to develop green hydrogen projects.
2024. Connections
Grid connection and consolidation of new agreements.
Commissioning and connection to the electricity grid of the Jerez Montealto I photovoltaic plant, while the company continues to make progress in closing new strategic agreements, reinforcing its growth and positioning in the renewable energy sector.

Development, engineering and construction
During the development phase, Ansasol S.L. is responsible for identifying and evaluating optimal sites for the installation of photovoltaic facilities, analysing technical, environmental and economic feasibility criteria.
Our engineering department is responsible for the comprehensive design of photovoltaic plants, developing optimised technical solutions adapted to the specific characteristics of each project. We carry out feasibility studies, facility sizing, electrical and structural design, as well as execution planning, ensuring maximum energy efficiency, safety and compliance with current regulations.
We comprehensively manage the construction of photovoltaic plants, coordinating all resources, equipment and phases of the process to ensure efficient, safe execution within the established deadlines. We supervise the construction, electromechanical assembly and installation of the various components, ensuring compliance with quality standards, current regulations and the technical specifications of the project.
Consultancy
We offer specialised advisory services to third parties, supporting developers, investors and companies throughout all phases of their photovoltaic projects. Our team provides technical, regulatory and strategic support, from feasibility analysis and design optimisation to the evaluation of technological solutions and regulatory compliance, ensuring informed decisions and the success of each project.
O&M
We offer photovoltaic plant operation and maintenance services aimed at ensuring efficient, safe and continuous operation throughout the entire useful life of the installation. We carry out supervision, preventive and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring and operational optimisation, with the aim of maximising energy production, reducing incidents and ensuring the profitability of the project.
