Optimization of energy sales. Charge Cheaply, Sell Expensively. The Energy Arbitrage strategy is based on hourly price management. The battery charges with its own surplus or during off-peak hours, and strategically discharges during price peaks, turning your energy management into a new revenue stream.

Participation in additional services. Storage systems open up the possibility of participating in secondary markets, such as frequency adjustment and capacity reserve markets, allowing for additional revenue streams.

The adoption of BESS is one of the best options for achieving sustainable development, environmental, social and governance objectives.

This strategy allows for a drastic reduction in fixed electricity costs by “cutting” demand peaks. The BESS system instantly injects stored energy when the plant’s consumption exceeds a pre-set threshold, preventing the grid from supplying that excess. This allows the industry to reduce its contracted power, eliminate penalties for excess power (maximum meter), and optimize the existing electrical infrastructure without costly connection upgrades.

Maximize the profitability of renewable generation and take advantage of electricity market volatility. It consists of storing energy at times of low cost (or surplus solar production that would otherwise be lost) to discharge and consume it—or sell it to the grid—at times when electricity is more expensive (Time-of-Use). For utility-scale plants, this transforms an intermittent photovoltaic installation into a manageable and more valuable energy source.

Beyond savings, storage ensures operational continuity and network stability. In “island” or backup mode, the system acts as a giant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), protecting critical industrial processes from power outages. It also improves power quality by regulating frequency and controlling voltage, filtering out micro-cuts and fluctuations that damage sensitive machinery, and enabling the provision of adjustment services to the system operator.
